# Privacy Policy — CardTracker

CardTracker is an independent app developed by Mignagno Dev (contact: mignagnodev@gmail.com).

## 1. Data We Collect

When you use CardTracker, we collect:

Google account information (email address, display name, Google user ID) via Google Sign-In (Firebase Authentication)
FCM token to send you price alert push notifications
Tracked cards and sealed products you add to the app, including alert thresholds you configure

We do not collect: location data, payment information, contacts, or any other personal data beyond what is listed above.

## 2. How We Use Your Data

Authentication: your Google account is used solely to identify you and secure your data
Push notifications: your FCM token is used exclusively to deliver price alert notifications you have configured
App functionality: tracked cards and alert settings are stored to provide the core service of the app

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

## 3. Third-Party Services

CardTracker uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

Firebase Authentication (Google LLC) — user login
Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google LLC) — push notifications
Scryfall API — card information and images (no personal data sent)
Cardmarket — publicly available price listings (no personal data sent)

## 4. Content & Intellectual Property

Portions of CardTracker are unofficial Fan Content permitted under the Wizards of the Coast Fan Content Policy. The literal and graphical information presented about Magic: The Gathering, including card images, is copyright Wizards of the Coast LLC. CardTracker is not produced by or endorsed by Wizards of the Coast.

Card information and images are sourced from Scryfall API. Price information is obtained from publicly available product listings on Cardmarket and represents daily estimates. Absolutely no guarantee is made for any price information.

CardTracker is not affiliated with Scryfall, Cardmarket (Sammelkartenmarkt GmbH & Co. KG), or any other third-party platform.

## 5. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at mignagnodev@gmail.com.

## 6. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction or deletion of your data
Object to or restrict processing of your data
Data portability

## 7. Security

Your data is stored on a private server with encrypted connections (HTTPS). Authentication is handled by Google Firebase, which implements industry-standard security measures.

## 8. Children’s Privacy

CardTracker is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

## 9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or by email.
